Only Dublin Depot has GPS coordinates configured — it's the only one shown on the Route Preview map for now. Give Claude an address/Eircode for Cork or Galway when either opens, and it takes one line to add.
Uses each delivery's own Delivery Route field first (real source data from the manifest) — anything without one falls back to grouping by Eircode routing key (first 3 characters), a real geographic grouping used across Irish addressing.

This resequences stops using an Eircode-based heuristic (proxy for geographic proximity) — it is not real drive-time/distance optimization. A production build needs a mapping/distance-matrix API (Google Maps, Mapbox, or OR-Tools with real coordinates) wired to a backend; this prototype has no live map data to route against.

Real courier manifests (e.g. the Cork FTBI exports) put fields in the wrong place row-to-row — "Address1" is often a store name, not a street; the real Eircode or town can be buried in "Comment". This stage reads the raw file, extracts the real values with a rule-based parser, and holds every row here — dirty (raw) alongside staged (parsed) — until you promote it. Nothing reaches the Delivery Pool without going through this review.
