This resequences stops using an Eircode-based heuristic (proxy for geographic proximity) — it is not real drive-time/distance optimization. A production build needs a mapping/distance-matrix API (Google Maps, Mapbox, or OR-Tools with real coordinates) wired to a backend; this prototype has no live map data to route against.
